We just had the "Best" experience that one could possibly have with Rose plumbing and septic . We had scheduled an appointment earlier this week for them to come out on Saturday to empty our tank. We received a call this morning that they had an opening today between 1 and 3 if we would like to have it done today instead of Saturday. They were here at 5 minutes after 1:00 and they did a fantastic job. He brought me over to the tank and explained how the tank works, how often I need to have it drained, and was very informative about the upkeep. The price was very reasonable and I will most certainly recommend Rose plumbing and septic to everyone I know that has a septic system. The crew was very efficient, honest, and down to earth. Spencer is great. Very honest and will not cheat you. Gave me a quote and stuck to it. Called them out to clean out my septic tanks and they had to deal with a nightmare of issues. Started digging the first tank and discovered it was not the tank. Found where the tank was and discovered random unknown wires and tree roots running over the tank lids. Finally cleared everything and moved to the next one only to find out the next tank was just as bad. Found the well and internet wiring ran right over the tank. Spencer advised the issues for this tank and we ended up not digging it, since it is not used anyway. Spencer did not add any extra charges or try to haggle for the issues. Since we only did half the tanks, he only charged half the quote. Will definitely call for any future services needed. See more See less
